Morris Adjmi’s luxe Nomad condo tower gets new renderings

A set of new renderings give a glimpse into what the project will materialize into

It’s been almost two years since work began on Morris Adjmi’s parish house-replacing condo tower in Nomad at 30 East 31st Street. The 40-story building is being developed by Erik Einstein and Pinnacle Realty of New York and will offer 41 “ultra-luxury” apartments averaging just under 2,000 square feet. The mystery project hasn’t revealed much by way of new information since then, however, City Realty managed to score a few new renderings.

The building’s exterior seeks to pay tribute to the historic parish house of the Madison Avenue Baptist Church that was razed to make way for the condo development. The upper portion of the tower has been designed with bold white columns, situated diagonally across the perimeter of the building. Judging from the renderings, the apartments will feature floor-to-ceiling windows along with stellar views of Manhattan alongside open floorplans.

According to documents filed with the Department of Buildings, building amenities are set to include a fitness room, resident’s lounge, storage space, a laundry room, and bike storage. Pricing info hasn’t been revealed just yet, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as it becomes available.
