Travelers Championship tracker
UPDATE No. 10 (4:06 p.m. ET): Well, Spieth is leading again. Charley Hoffman stubs chip, gets the next to 3 feet and then misses that shortie. Double bogey, and he’s now 8 under. Spieth is 9 under heading to the back nine. C.T. Pan is T-2 at 8 under thanks to a third-round 64.
UPDATE No. 9 (3:53 p.m. ET): And just like that, the leader has changed. Charley Hoffman eagles 13 and birdies 14 to move to 9 under. Then Spieth bogeys No. 9 to fall to 9 under. He was co-leading momentarily before Hoffman birdied 15 to move to 10 under. Now the solo leader by one.
UPDATE No. 8 (3:19 p.m. ET): Spieth stuffs it inside 3 feet at the seventh. Back-to-back birdies and he’s once again two ahead at 10 under.
UPDATE No. 7 (3:03 p.m. ET): David Hearn eagles 15 to move to 8 under. That means Spieth’s lead is one. A lot happening quickly.
UPDATE No. 6 (3 p.m. ET): Spieth chips in for birdie at the sixth to move to 9 under! He’s now two ahead!
UPDATE No. 5 (2:50 p.m. ET): Spieth solo leads again at 8 under after Reed double bogeys No. 4. A bad follow up after a big birdie. Spieth leads by one at 8 under.
UPDATE No. 4 (2:25 p.m. ET): McIlroy makes a Saturday change. Rory puts a new putter in the bag in Round 3. So far, dividends are not there. He’s already lost more than two strokes to the field putting in this round. Regardless, he’s 1 under for the day (and overall) through seven holes of Round 3.
UPDATE No. 3 (1:50 p.m. ET): Patrick Reed buries a 25-footer for birdie at the third, and that moves him to 8 under. After Spieth misses 15-footer for birdie, they are now tied for the lead. Troy Merritt misses 10-footer for birdie at the third and is one back.
UPDATE No. 2 (1:05 p.m. ET): The final threesome (Spieth, Reed, Merritt) is about to tee off. Meanwhile, Boo Weekley birdies No. 1 to move to 7 under and one back. Pan and Jason Kokrak are both two back after opening 31s (on the back nine) to start Round 3.
UPDATE No. 1 (12:30 p.m. ET): C.T. Pan, starting on No. 10, birdies 16 to make it four in his first seven holes. He’s rocketed up to 6 under and is now just two back with leader Jordan Spieth yet to tee off.
