New York

Free yoga (almost) every day this summer

It’s possible to salute the sun, for free, almost every day of the week this summer, as New York City’s parks are transformed into outdoor yoga studios. Along with mellow Vinyasa flow classes, you can also join free morning bike and boat rides as well as dance classes and group runs. Wear comfortable duds, bring water and a mat, or your dancing shoes to make it through a sweaty round of Zumba. Note, some of the yoga classes are donation-based, so read the fine print in each event link.
