A little late to note that the Dumpling Shop is now up and running at 124 Second Ave. between Seventh Street and St. Mark’s Place. (They officially debuted on Sept. 26.)

We’re “The Dumpling Shop,” but we’re prideful of our entire menu. Our pork belly buns are slow cooked in our braising liquid (¡secret recipe!) for at least five hours and then seared for some caramelized deliciousness! It melts in your mouth and releases an umami bomb followed by freshness from the arugula, spice from the sriracha, additional creaminess from the Japanese mayo, and a secret ingredient you’re going to have to guess. 🐷
