happy weekend! This morning I am off to Santa Teresa, Costa Rica for the entire week. I’m doing a yoga retreat with my most favorite teacher and could not be more excited. This month has been a bit of a grind and I have been bad at getting to the gym/yoga + eating well so I’m really seeing this as a chance to reset and get my act together. This isn’t a press trip (#ipaidforthis lol) so I’m looking forward to really unwinding. I’ll still have posts up every day for the blog and I’ll be sharing the whole thing on my instagram + stories so be sure to follow along!

An actual IRL filter for your face. I love this stuff. Sometimes I put it on my whole face; other times I just dot it on my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose.
This is weird but I loved seeing Julia’s grocery list – gave me some inspiration for what to keep on hand.
Was so excited to see that Nordstrom now carries one of my FAV workout brands. The fit is amazing and they’re made from recycled water bottles!
