The event was founded in 2015 by Jean Lin of Colony and David Weeks Studio, Tribeca Design District brings together showrooms, galleries and retailers and tries to answer the question, “Where else should I go in the neighborhood?”

COMEDIANS FIND FODDER IN L TRAIN
A bunch of comedians managed to find humor in the renovation of the L train, and noted that Fidi is going to force a bunch of Wmnburg hipsters to ditch their flannel. The chorus goes: “So cry, cry, Mr. Williamsburg guy, cut that man bun cause that look’s done when you move to FiDi.”
