FLOOD PROTECTION FOR BPC INCLUDES TRIBECA
The Trib has a story on the Battery Park City Authority’s $85 million flood protection plan, which has four stages and will be completed in 2022. It includes a barrier system that will extend across West Street at the north end and potentially also protect BMCC, Independence Plaza and Washington Market Park.
‘EPIC MAN CAVE’ FOR SALE ON COLLISTER
The man who told the Wall Street Journal that he coined the term “man cave” (in his ESPN soccer column) is selling his 6500-square-foot townhouse on Collister Street for $15 million. Michael Davies is the TV producer behind “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,” (I’ve only watched the Obama one about 200 times) ESPN’s “2 Minute Drill,” and the U.S. version of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire.” Davies and his family are moving to West Hollywood, according to Mansion Global.
